Most of the work undertaken at JG Welding is classic car welding and restoration work. This can be anything from just a few small repairs to a complete bare shell restoration.

 

All welding is done properly, no patches over rust, which causes huge problems further down the line. All rust is cut out and new metal is butt welded into place so that when finished there is no evidence of any repairs. If panels are too rusty then we will replace them with new panels (subject to availability).

 

If you have already started a restoration, have discovered rust and would prefer not to move the vehicle then we can come to you.

 

We regularly get calls from classic car enthusiasts who have started a project and discovered that the welding required is beyond their capabilities. We are always happy to offer advice and to do as much or as little of the project as you like. We are also happy to undertake work in stages to fit in with your timescales and budget!

 

We also work closely with a paint shop so we can offer a complete service if this is what you require.
